First-Stage Water Filling
Carry out the first-stage water filling, after the main heat dissipating system is connected with the heat conductor.
 
Use a slot screwdriver to loosen the screw of the water inlet.
 
Inject 50 cc antifreeze antirust liquid and keep the water filler for the second-stage and third stage water filling. (Make sure you have added the antifreeze antirust liquid.)
 
Inject pure water into the water inlet until the water level is at H, and secure the water inlet screw appropriately.
Note:
(1) There is a red gasket in the water inlet for preventing leakage. DO NOT remove the gasket.
 

Note:
(2) There is a metal nut in the water inlet, and thus you just need to secure the screw appropriately to prevent water leakage. DO NOT over turn the screw to prevent cracks and water leakage.

Water Cycle Testing Machine ( Testing Outside Housing ):
After the first-stage water filling ends, it is necessary to circulate the water in the water tank to all water pipelines as shown in the following procedure:
 
Use a large 4-pin power connector to connect the power supply with the power connector of the main heat dissipating system in series.
Note: Make sure the old COOLER is installed onto the CPU or the CPU is removed before turning on the power to protect the CPU.
 
Power on and start the PUMP, and then connect the temperature sensing wire as shown in the figure. Check whether or not the pump is operating normally from the pump indication in the LCD panel. Circulate the water in the water tank to all water pipelines. By then, the PUMP is filled with air bubbles. It is necessary to discharge the air bubbles inside to facilitate the water circulation.
 
The method for discharging air bubbles in the main heat dissipating system: Firstly, let the main heat dissipating system stand on its side (with the fixing hole facing upward), and bend the silica gel tube at 10 cm from the water outlet of the main system for 10 seconds by hand as shown in the figure. (Please refer to the description of the upper casing of the main heat dissipating system).
 
Place the main heat dissipating system in its normal position and make sure that there is no permeation of water.
 
Second-Stage Water Filling
By then, the PUMP is still running.
 
Use a slot screwdriver to loosen the water inlet screw.
 
Use a water filler to fill pure water into the main heat dissipating system until the water level reaches H.
 
Use a slot screwdriver to secure the screw appropriately. Note that there is a red gasket in the connector (reconfirm the water circulation).
 
Note:

(2) There is a metal nut in the water inlet, and thus you just need to secure the screw appropriately to prevent water leakage. DO NOT over turn the screw to prevent cracks and water leakage.
